KP 180 is designed for the purpose of mounting aluminum profiles to each other by pressing their corners hydraulically. The machine works according to the hydraulic pressure principle.

GENERAL FEATURES
It is designed through the hydrauliccally crimping system

The machine is equiped with the pneumatic (for clamps) and hydraulic (for crimping) foot pedals for the operation control during the machining cycle
Pressing is done by hydraulic crimping heads that move in synchronous with each other
Double-acting 90° of bracing clamp for inner corner returns to the home position under the table after crimping
Powerfull hydraulic pump with 2 x 5 tons capacity
Protection plates made of polyamide material to prevent being scrathes on the profile surface
Positioning of the cylinders closer to the workpiece to shorten the cycle time thanks to the ‘return’ push button
